Shipping Policy:

We will ship your goods within 48 hours of placing your orders. This doesn’t apply in case of Public holidays and weekends. Additionally we do charge a small shipping charge on every order to ensure to ship via the best courier service to avoid a delay and to ensure a safe delivery of the shipment.

Requesting you to please mention the address accurately so the product reaches you timely and safely. The company is not responsible for not receiving a product if the address mentioned has flaws or is an incorrect location.

Minimum and Maximum Policy: 
As per usual from the date of purchase it should take a minimum of 2 days for the shipment to reach you and in rare cases it can take upwards of 5 days as well.

Returns (if applicable)

First Note: Before sending any items back we request you to please email us about your concern at info@longshine.in and we will try to answer those concerns and would guide you in case an issue is fixable without returns.

  1. As a policy we offer store credit for returns. We do not provide refunds. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
  2. No returns or exchange is available on bikes, cancellations are prohibited on all products once shipped out. Process for returns: 
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the tag and seal intact. It must also be in the original packaging. If the following is not present then the company at its will can deny the return.

  5. Once we receive the item and approve it for return, we will issue store credit for the item amount and not for the additional freight that was charged. For instance if your item value was Rs. 7000 and invoice value was Rs.7200, you will get a store credit for Rs.7000 only.
  6. The purchase using the store credit is final. No second returns or exchanges are allowed.
  7. Only 1 round of exchange / return is available for an order.
  8. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable): To request an exchange, email info@longshine.in. All exchange requests are subject to availability.

STORE CREDIT (if applicable):
Please note: We only provide store credit. We do not provide refunds on any order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Once approved, then you will be given a store credit after subtracting the shipping fees. If you return a product and receive store credit, the sale using store credit will be final and no exchange for another product or size or return will be accepted on this order.

Refunds:
As a policy we do not issue any refunds for products that are returned. Only store credit is
provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will not be included in the store credit upon return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may
vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping
service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned
item.
